A situation in which it is difficult or impossible to implement the interests / communication of (two or more) parties leads to a conflict.

A special type of communication is the uncooperative doctor-patient relationship (in this description, "patient" also means parents of a child or a teenager). Non-cooperative communication with the patient is a very special type of exchange of words and thoughts. It is undoubtedly a difficult moment for both, especially the doctor because there is no one way by which he can talk to all patients.

For the other party, such a meeting is troublesome, because he has to talk to a stranger about very intimate and difficult matters, as well as due to the difficult contact on the part of the patient, e.g. due to his particular way of dealing or communicating with him. However, there are methods to make a given conversation/meeting / satisfactory for everyone. Different groups have the right to present and promote their own interests, which makes conflict an inevitable and natural element of life.

Additionally, medical students learn about various behaviour strategies in conflict situations and practice the necessary skills in resolving disputes by negotiating, not by dominating or yielding to.
